How to add music to your Winamp library, then to your IPod

Postat av Ulf den 23 juni, 2010, i Musik, Windows.

In the Winamp main window, you choose „View / Media Library“

The window expands, showing the Media Library. Under “Local media / Audio” you will see the music that Winamp has found so far on your hard drive. I have configured my Winamp to only show the cover art, on your computer you might see a simple list.

If the list is empty, or if there are music missing, you add the music to the Winamp library through the “Library” button down at the left, where you choose the option “Add media to library”:

A window pops up, where you can navigate to the folder where you have your music:

If the new music is not visible directly, you might need to restart Winamp.

Add music to Ipod, from Winamp library

Then you attach your Ipod to your computer with its cable. Doing so, it will appear in the Winamp library (at the bottom of the left hand area):

Now you can just drag music from the Library onto the Ipod with the mouse.
